Light in character and apperrance this kettle sour is fresh as a spring moringin the country side.The use of wheat in the grain bill creates a delicate tanginess and depth of flavour. A small hop addition early in the boilprovides a litgh brightness thatrounds out this beer. Designed to be fruit forward, this version of the kettle sour has additions of mango and passionfruit during the late fermention that provides a balanced fruit tartness.
