Malt: Superior Pilsner, Maris Otter, Crystal (55, 25, 85), Pale Chocolate
Hops: Galena (60), Ahtanum (30), Willamette (0)
Aroma: Malty caramel in aroma with moderate earthy hop and light pear aroma
Appearance: Copper in colour with brilliant clarity. Moderate off-white head with moderate retention
Flavour: Medium hoppy bitterness with earthy and floral undertones. Medium maltiness with a light caramel flavour and crisp dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to light body with medium carbonation
ABV: 4.8%
